Service Description
Sanctu is a platform that connects clients with qualified wellness service providers, including therapists and wellness professionals. We facilitate:
•Service discovery and booking
•Secure payment processing
•Real-time communication and scheduling
•Video/audio calling for remote sessions
•Review and rating system
Important: Sanctu is a marketplace platform. We do not directly provide therapy or wellness services. All services are provided by independent professionals.
User Accounts and Eligibility
Account Requirements
• You must be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Verify your phone number via SMS
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
Prohibited Activities
• Creating multiple or fake accounts
• Impersonating others or providing false information
• Sharing account credentials with others
• Using the platform for illegal activities
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
Bookings and Payments
Booking Process
•All bookings are subject to provider acceptance
•Instant bookings are automatically matched with available providers
•You must be present at the scheduled location/time
•Booking confirmations are sent via email and in-app notifications
Payment Terms
• Payments are processed securely through Midtrans
• Full payment is required at the time of booking
• Prices are displayed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR)
• Platform fees and service charges are included in the total price
• All payments are non-refundable except as specified in our cancellation policy
Cancellation Policy
• More than 24 hours before: Full refund
• 12-24 hours before: 50% refund
• Less than 12 hours: No refund
• Provider cancellations result in automatic full refund
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
Service Provider Terms
If you are a service provider on our platform, you also agree to:
•Provide services professionally and ethically
•Maintain valid licenses and certifications
•Honor confirmed bookings or cancel with appropriate notice
•Comply with platform commission and payout terms
•Maintain client confidentiality and privacy
Intellectual Property
All content on the Sanctu platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of Sanctu or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Limitation of Liability
IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER:
• Sanctu is a marketplace platform and does not provide medical or therapeutic services
• We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by independent professionals
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes from any services booked through our platform
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking in question
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute with another user or service provider:
1.Contact our support team at support@sanctu.app
2.We will attempt to mediate the dispute
3.If mediation fails, disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Jakarta, Indonesia
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:
• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Repeated cancellations or no-shows
• Abusive behavior toward other users or staff
• Non-payment or chargebacks
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.
